Episode 29: PRAYER MATTERS- Nancy Duggin and Steve Holt
In a recent episode of the Tennessee Golden Hour podcast, hosts Matthew Tullos and Beth Moore sat down with Duggin and Steve Holt, TBMB's director of church services, to discuss the vision behind this new prayer emphasis.
"When we were thinking about the Acts 2:17 team, we were thinking about what makes our vision reality. Of course, the first thing that came to mind was prayer," Holt explained. "We believe our vision was birthed in prayer, and we believe that God has guided that all through the process."
Holt noted that while the TBMB has put people in various positions related to collaboration, "we didn't have anyone on our staff with the specific assignment of prayer, and I couldn't think of anybody better to do that than Nancy."
Duggin, a lifelong Murfreesboro resident and former educator with 24 years of teaching experience, brings extensive experience in prayer ministry to her new role. She has led Bible studies and prayer groups for decades and has taught prayer journaling classes for approximately 35 years.
